Here at the Family Support & Treatment Center, we believe that children are our most precious resource and secure, happy, well-adjusted children are our highest priority. Our prevention programs are designed to teach children how to recognize and prevent their own abuse, while our therapeutic programs work to heal those that have been abused or neglected. While the agency devotes a considerable amount of time for therapeutic treatment of children, teens, and adults, the Center's primary focus is on child abuse prevention, and is the only agency in Utah County that specializes in both treatment and prevention of child abuse and neglect. We believe that when prevention programs and therapy are offered hand-in-hand, the cycle of abuse is much more easily broken.
