In Kind Donations

Because we are a non-profit Center, we rely on donated items from the community to keep our agency running. Our largest need is items that the Crisis Respite Nursery uses like food, diapers, and cleaning supplies. We also are appreciative of office supplies and furniture. The following is a list of specific in-kind items the agency is in need of at this time; however, we welcome any donated items that help us in our cause.

Food Items: (Foods may not be expired nor home sealed, and must have original store seal)
- **Kid-friendly snacks (crackers, pretzels, granola bars, fruit snacks, etc.)
- **Box dinners: Hamburger Helper, Pasta-Roni, Rice-a-Roni, etc.
- **Canned chicken/beef
- **Canned fruit
- Tortillas
- Hot dogs
- Frozen meat and potatoes (check with Jill on freezer space first)
- Butter/margarine
- Cheese - sliced, shredded, or string cheese
- Ready-to-eat nuts
- Bread
- **Grocery gift cards (any amount!) - we will use them to buy our perishable groceries

Cleaning Supplies:
- **Disinfecting wipes or spray (e.g. lysol)
- Hand sanitizer (ideally alcohol-free and with moisturizer, but any kind will still help!)
- Febreze spray
- Trash bags (kitchen or outdoor)

Miscellaneous:
- **Sandbox toys, new or gently used (pails, shovels, etc.)
- **Dollhouse furniture, new or gently used
- **Dollhouse dolls, new or gently used
- **Rakes (for raking leaves), new or gently used
- **Kids' chairs - preferably a set of 2-6 (size: seat about 1 foot high)
- **Garden hose (2) - talk to Jill for length
- **Sprinkler (to attach to a hose, safe for kids to play in)
- **Light bulbs (60-75 watt)
- **Blankets (new, any size/fabric)
- **New toys (still in store package)
- **Full-size freezer, new or gently used
- **Medium Rubbermaid tubs (for storing toys)
- **Night lights (new or gently used, any kind)
- **Plastic clothes hangers, child or adult size
- Batteries, especially AA
- Office/school supplies: blue/black pens, computer paper, postage stamps, glue sticks, post-its, etc.
- Kids' pants/shorts/underwear, sizes 10-11 yrs.
- Ziploc bags (esp. gallon size)
- Band-aids
- Kids craft kits/supplies
- Small individual toys/treats for prizes
- Pocket calculators
- Hair bows/clips/ties
- Diapers, size 4-6
- Cookie sheets (baking pans), new or gently used
- **Department or toy store gift cards - we will use them to get therapy toys or other items we still need
